Looking for some advice on starting up a wooduck project. I am fortunate to have access to some private property that holds a good amount of wooducks and I would like to do my part in improving numbers and hatch success.

i have read in several the old timers used what were called Pickelhead decoys. As I understand they were decoys that were just the head with a long neck that had a stake in the botton that they used to push in the weeds. Does anyone have a picture of what they may have looked like ? I’m bored and I would like to make some for my Grandson.

Tried a new test formula for Cotto Salame. Cotto is a cooked salame, slightly smoked but not dry cured. It's like an Italian summer sausage with less smoking time.

I haven't posted any photos here lately, but since I've been doing a fair amount of shooting with my camera lately, I figured I'd put up a few.
