South Texas got a big push last weekend. Mostly gray ducks, and I don't know where the green wing teal are. We're usually covered up.
This is something I've put a lot of thought into myself. I would love to live somewhere in the northwest, between Washington or Montana.

Not too bad in SE TX. There are pockets of ducks but you gotta get out and find 'em.

I have a pair of Simms ($500 variety) and they seem to be tough breathables. I use mine a lot and walk a long ways in them and no leaking issues....
Love me some gray ducks. We shoot more of those than anything, so you either have to love 'em or you're wrong.
