Yep. Reagan test site. Pretty long range missile site. Beaus the heck out of Wake Island. Has a BK, and a Baskin Robins that gets ice cream like once a year.

Productivity increases lead the unemployment. Rather than taxing labor and employers, maybe it is time to tax investors and technology.

Taxes are not stealing. Move to your own island and hide under a rock. That way you do not have to pay for defense, roads, parks, education, or taking card of the poor.

Its time to tax investors again?

Don't know about you but I just paid quarterly estimate of 33% on my short term capital gains for the third quarter a few weeks ago. I got to mail in a big fat check made out to United States Treasury. I'll get to do it again before January 16th.

    Is that soon enough?

Man there is not a single area the socialists don't want to destroy and have Gov control it.

I purchased land in the 80s thinking about now and into my retirement. Others stocks or mutual funds. Unless they are Gov issued cap gains are taxed.

I have paid land taxes and income taxes on money generated from it. No different than other investing. Like pin points out its taxes already.

When we fobthis we are positioning ourselves from being dependent on the Gov for our golden years.

I am not sure who duckgyro wants taxed and why. Record taxes already being collected tells me this is a spending issue.

Maybe he wants all to be like a guy I know from college. Last 15 plus years he pulls down 6 figured annually. Lives in an apartment, has no savings, no retirement,no assets but depreciating toys.

Complained that his credit card bills are so high that he has nothing left after paying them and us not paying them off. Many its min payments.

Ron, that's the guy that keeps the economy moving. If there weren't credit cards (credit) for idiots to charge their toys to, we would be in a recession, bigly.

Remember when credit cards were for emergencies rather than sustaining life styles?
