i took my girlfriend on her first snow goose hunt heres a few pics of her with the birds she also shot her first blue snow that night.
Went hunting in Eastern Washington with a friend and Fred Slyfield of Caribou Creek Outfitters. Had three days of fun filled turkey hunting. CRAZY that the sun starts peeking up at FOUR IN THE MORNING out there...but here's my 2 yo Merriams...18.2 lbs, 8 1/2" beard and 5/8" spurs

Well im new to these parts.. so heres a wrap of my hunting season....

Then I didnt get much action until the end.. We all know sometimes its hard to find people to hunt with.. but I lucked out. The last week I went out with a bang:

..And I got to go on my first upland hunt on a preserve. GOOD TIMES

No gamebird seasons open yet, but I had a great pigeon shoot at one of the dairies not too far from my house last Saturday (8-22-9). My son Marc and I had a really good time, and my new pup Annie did great.
The next day I hunted Crows with my good friend Potlicker (Ron), and we put the hurt to those black feathered robbers. It was a legal depredation shoot on his alfalfa field.

It just seems unreal to me that she's this big now.... Geez time does fly!
