About time for another season and I'm getting pretty excited. We've been getting some rains finally and the sandhills where I hunt have received good timely rains. Our playas around home have been trying to fill up and I saw some fresh mallards and teal on Friday. Don't know how much teal hunting I'll be doing as I've gotten the buck fever and will be trying to chase a nice 5x6 muley with a bow. As soon as they break out of summer patterns though I'll be a 100% waterfowl haha. Good luck this upcoming season guys! Looks forward to hearing your reports!

Less than 3 weeks out until the teal opener. We have been getting some rain in central Nebraska but nothing real big for a few weeks now. I haven't been by any marshes lately but I would imagine there isn't a lot of water.
