    Post 'em up :)

I'm going to cheat a bit *in your own thread, Lou?*

*This is really hard Lou, you dolt*

Waterfowl: so many greats, but I'd have to say that the top 3 would be by Nash Buckingham. Take your pick.

Everything else: 1.The 10th Legion by Col. Tom Kelly 2. Green Hills of Africa-Ernest Hemingway 3.Mostly Tail Feathers by Gene Hill

    Over to you :)

Waterfowl 3: The Old Duck Hunters Trilogy by Gordon MacQuarrie
Other 3: One Man's Wilderness by Richard Proenneke
    Hatchet by Gary Paulsen
    The Bible (Yep, really!)

Love MacQuarrie! Forgot about him. I should change my vote, TBH.
I love #3, but am confused how it's hunting related...

My bad! I didn't read the parameters accurately. :dohI thought the "other 3" were about anything, not just hunting.

I will amend mine. My 3 "others," since I only hunt birds, would be:

Big December Canvasbacks by Worth Mathewson
De Shootinest Gent'man by Nash Buckingham
American Duck Shooting by George Bird Grinnell

I can’t remember if I’ve ever read a good duck hunting book.

    Hunting otherwise anything by Capstick.

    Other reading. Let me see.

The Bible is a good one for certain but I’ll pick three others too.
    1. Nicomachean ethics
    2. Dante’s Devine comedy
    3. Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Can't find fault. I'd probably swap "Use Enough Gun" by Ruark with Hemingway.

After being forced to read “for whom the bell tolls” in something like 5th grade of something ridiculous I can’t read Hemingway. Poke my eyes out first.
