As predicted by the weather man it is blowing hard and picking up, decided to hunt the lagoon and finish up everybody with there harlequin, set up a nice spread of Harlequin decoys and braved the 30 mph winds. Everybody finished up with there Blue ducks on day 2. And for the internet police we have an resident hunting with us who is allowed to take 6 harlequin today and he did.

WOW.... I have never seen so many bald eagles. those birds are really huge uh. Thank you very much for posting. The most I have seen of Alaska was in 1991 heading to the big dessert via uncle sammie....lol

This place is amazing. Got a nice pair of teal today to add to the other trophies already in the freezer. Here until Sunday so have some time yet to shoot some more. Charlie and Jeff have been great hosts and have put us on the birds just wish I had been shooting better Monday as I messed up some chances at Pacifics. Hopefully we'll get a break in the weather and get back out at them!

Was firing 4's at the eiders and 6's at everything else. The 6's have been working great in this wind.

We had a great first day for TJ and Terry on Adak managed to beat the Aleutian weather again out of some Trophy Harlequin and few assorted birds during the Am hunt, The winds picked upto 40-45 in the afternoon and we had to go X-Treme.
