Just got back from hunting this area. Very impressive. A ton of dark Geese and tons of ducks.

Hunted last Monday-Friday. 325 Geese and 297 ducks. I don't think I wil be pulling the trigger that much for the next two years!

The ammount of waterfowl that I observed was truly staggering.

Never saw another hunter. Most birds were killed in the Pea and Barley fields. Had several great hunts on Beaver ponds and slews.

Will be on this trip again for sure. The people were great and crossing over with guns and ammo went very smooth.

    Can't wait to come back.

    Big Duck,

I just got back as well. Spent Oct 6 - 10 in a camp east Edmonton with 5 guys. Killed 180 +/- geese in 2.5 days. Where abouts were you at and what outfitter were you with? On the flight there were were with the World of Beretta guys and on the way home we sat right in front of Bernie Calef who was up there shooting for Take EM 7. I'm booking my dates for next year as well!!!

Those are big numbers, big enough to offend many people. How many in your party? It must have been at least ten by my calculations. It's not supposed to be about the numbers, and do you really need to kill every bird? You guys must really hate them. I'm happy to bring back a possession limit, and eat what I kill.
