    Turkey hunting was a bit off this year. I guess it was due to the warmer winter. Wish season would have been open in February when they seemed to be the most active. The going rate around here for a private land osceola is guide fees plus the $1000 per bird the guide pays the land owner. Crazy money for a single bird.

    Yeah, it was another tough spring! Pukeko, I'd be pleased to show you around a wma here for turkey, no guarantees though, can't afford private and that is ok, I like the challenge public areas offer...
