Well that time is approaching and I know some are pretty giddy about it all. Make sure to charge your batteries. And when those birds start sucking into your carnival I hope you smoke em.

But how about doing us all a favor. In two weeks when the birds get wise and start hard decking your spread at 70 yards don't shoot. Yeah I know you knocked one down the other day and got it. Heck that's a makeable shot!! In fact last year you crippled at least 30 into the pond next to you. The guy hunting there must have appreciated it since he never got a shot at anything. I mean jeez it's better to try to get em at 70 than just let em fly away right?

Saw the same thing with wind spinners on Saturday, suck the birds over and bang away at 70 yards on the first pass. You know it's duck called "hunting" not "shooting" :scratch :scratch :scratch

.....and please continue to use flippy under any and all circumstances, for the next 2 months without fail....along with 12 mallards dekes, and let the battery run down to about 25 RPMs.

    I need you.....particularly after lunch.....

    Thank You!

hey whats wrong with hot buys? I got the hot buy II's and love em... ;)

    I haven't bought a spinner yet because
    1) Broke Grad School student
    2) I don't think I could live with myself
    3) Would rather get ducks to decoy without them and kill 4 instead of 7 who were just mesmerized by a spinner

let the poo be flung into the fan now.....

I still think they've really lost their effectiveness with all the wind spinners and things of that nature. Its not like they haven't seen one since last season................

Another thing to carry out and get in my way :l

Although they are nice for figuring out where people are on afternoon hunts ;)

No doubt. There have been flashers running in one form or another nearly every shoot day :yes

Anonymous and biased posts of criticism of another hunter or group seems a bit cowardice and wrong in my opinion, but to each his own.

Not sure why guys get so bent about spinners?
