Any ducks?

    Are there any ducks west of West Palm Beach in the everglades? Just curios may have a chance to move here. I know the fishing is good!

    OK cool saw that post that mentioned southern florida. Didn't know it was in the same neck of the woods. I would guess you gotta deal with gators and snakes too.

    Gators were active this year due to the warmer than usual water. It is not a real problem unless you use a dog. They just stole more downed ducks this year than in previous years. I waded in a small hole this year and momma Gator had her tiny hatchlings about 30 yards away. She stayed with then and isn't mess with us, but the ducks didn't cooperate so there wasn't much movement to alarm her.

    If you do come down join the United Waterfowler's of Florida, great organization and a must if your huting in Florida.
