This forum sure is quiet. Are there any ducks in Colorado? 😄

Looks like I might be moving to Denver, working in the centennial area. Looking for some housing ideas. Looking for at least a couple acres. Is that possible? Hoping to keep the commute to a manageable number. Any advice would be appreciated.

    UCSD.

I live and work in Centennial.

There are some ducks in CO, but there are a LOT of geese in CO.

Public hunting here is, well, like public hunting most everywhere.

The times when you could access a property with a knock, a smile and a handshake have largely come and gone due to leasing, but there are still a couple opportunities around. There are some decent clubs here that will get you on some good properties.

Centennial is pretty huge and there are some opportunities for a couple acre lots for sure. If you don't have a realtor you have to use due to a re-lo hit me up and I can make a referral. My wife is in the Title/Escrow biz and knows a lot of good folks, even a couple redneck hunter types that also happen to shill property.

    Welcome to CO in advance.

    Yes.

Some of the college kids down there will post up occasionally on another forum.

My son said there were some guys hunting the Roaring Fork next to the hiway but they got run off?? Too close or private? He just said he saw a guy talking to them and they were packing up?

Roaring Fork is near Aspen/Basalt - a loooooong way from Durango.

The fork is fishing water, not hunting water.
