Greenhead Magazine and others have set up the Arkansas Waterfowlers Hall of Fame. There has been a nomination process. The first inductees will be announced at a banquet in Little Rock on December 1. Six will be inducted...two deceased and four living.

    Predictions?

He invented green timber duck hunting did he not?

I'd also like to see a Mega inducted and a bloody boat paddle.

    KM and SS?

I liked that full page picture of Jeff Foiles that was in Wildfowl magazine a while back that showed him hunting with his SBE clearly floating the fourth. Dunno if it would be relevant enough for an Arky HoF tho.

The esteemed Dr. Rex Hancock did more for Arkansas duck hunting and conservation of a resource that is timeless. The Black Swamp is one of the most beautiful areas in the area.

I could not agree more on both counts. I, along with many others I'm sure, nominated Dr. Hancock. I'm pleased he was selected.

In the early 1970s I responded to a little magazine add and sent a $25 check to the Citizens to Save the Cache, which Hancock organized. In a few days I received a personal phone call from him, thanking me. I think we talked for 20 minutes.

What about Wilbur Mills or Jim Guy Tucker or Charlie Daniels or Tommy Robinson?
