Kinda redundant, mild conditions, nothing near to what they go through. Nice music though.

47-MLBs, didn't even demonstrate a rollover, meh. Should see those things run on the great lakes in seas. 15' swells out in the ocean are 100 yards apart. Those same waves are 50' apart in the western basin of Lake Erie. Had two roommates that were Coast Guard, they got their 47' back in 98/99ish... They were pretty new back then, I think they were the first small boat station on the Great Lakes to get one. They were a huge leap over the 42 and 43 they had. I think the station has two of them now.

Here's another with better video quality from onboard. Knockdown happens at about 1:40

Yep. Pretty small stuff, but looks like a great training day for the new boat drivers.

@Boomn4x4 posted 2 good examples on how not to drive a 47’. It happens though.

We Launch out of Noyo for Abacore tuna in my brothers 25' Cortez Davis boat, you gotta watch the weather, that's for damn sure. If the weather comes up while you are out, you are screwed there is zero protection getting into that harbor and nowhere close to use as a backup landing.

    Here's the ramp at Noyo........SWEET, isn't it?

At 2:50 it shows how the harbor dumps straight into the ocean....Good times!!!:l:l:l
