Backstrap? 4 or 5 different ones

    Butterfly the tenderloin and cook it quickly with charcoal and pecan wood (rare/med. rare) on a hot covered grill as you would a beef steak.......Season with salt and lots of pepper before cooking.... then brush on melted butter and worcestershire sauce while cooking.
