    cut pheasant into pieces - dredge in a mixture of white flour and cajun shorelunch - brown in peanut oil and place in a casserole at 275 degrees for 3 hours - remove from oven and cover with a mixture of half light sour creme and half creme of something - mushroom, celery, anything but brocolli - put back in oven for another 45 minutes. Remove and feast!!!:yes :yes
