Wouldn't it technically be an Orangebill then??
Wouldn't paint come off as the beak grows?
I've never seen one but I think they painted the bird, not the beak. It would take a while for all the feathers to get replaced.

shot from a field in Mound City, MO. First goose ever shot by the guy... he brought it back to the blinds and was holding it up with a "what the H#*$ is this" look on his face. Had I known it had a collar on it when it fell, I would have claimed I shot it!! Green collar and one leg band on it... mounted and hanging from his ceiling right now!
