Just thought I would post up on the cooking forum about the tailgate I will be hosting tommorrow.
    Chicken wings
Venison Chili (simmering on the stove as I type)
Chili con queso with fresh tortilla chips
Brats, I bought into the hype and will have some Ditka's horseradish mustard on hand
Steaks on the grill sliced for sandwiches with romane lettuce, provalone chese, red onion or sauted yellow onion and mushrooms with garlic
Fresh brewed coffee on the Coleman stove along with other snacks
Oh and after I get all set up at Soldier Feild and get the grill going I may just have a BEER or 12!!!!!!!!

    GO BEARS!!!!!!!

    P.S. This cooking forum ROCKS!!!!!
P.P.S. Can ya tell I drink and cook at the same time.:tu

Dang, that sounds worth the drive from Dallas. :tu

Never been much of a pro ball fan but went to school with Mike Singletary and I still consider him to be a fantastic role model and a great player to watch. Not a better man out there. :tu
