Best Chili!!!!!!!!!

    Here is a good chili recipe!!

    2# course ground venison or beef or stew meat
    1# canadian bacon or ham sliced or diced
    1# ground pork
    1 large onion chopped
    3 cans beef broth
    1 large can spicy V8 juice
    2 cans mexican rotel pulsed in blender
    3 tbls GOOD chili powder or more to taste
    1 tbls comino powder or more to taste
    1# jalapeno jack cheese
    If the mixture is too thick add water till you get the consistency you like.

    Use these on the side after cooking
    Pinto beans
    Cooked rice
    Corn chips
    Chopped onion
    Hot sauce


    Brown 1-3 drain some of the grease then add 4-8. Simmer low 1-2 hours. Removing the grease from the top as it simmeres. Remove from heat and stir the cheese into the chili till incorporated.
