Marinated Duck Kabobs ½ Cup Italian dressing 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce ¼ Cup lemon juice or the juice of 1 lemon 1 Tsp. Garlic powder 5 Whole cloves or ¼ Tb. Ground cloves Mix all together. Cube duck breasts into 1-1/2” pieces. Soak meat in marinate for at least 8 hours. Put on a skewer with a small piece of bacon on each side. Alternate other items like pineapple, onion, tomato, and green pepper. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.
