Best Duck Recepie

    Marinated Duck Kabobs

    ½ Cup Italian dressing

    1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce

    ¼ Cup lemon juice or the juice of 1 lemon

    1 Tsp. Garlic powder

    5 Whole cloves or ¼ Tb. Ground cloves

    Mix all together.

    Cube duck breasts into 1-1/2” pieces.

    Soak meat in marinate for at least 8 hours.

    Put on a skewer with a small piece of bacon on each side.

    Alternate other items like pineapple, onion, tomato, and green pepper.

    Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.

    That sounds frick'in awesome !!!
    Got a bunch of Speck breasts, for sure I'm gonna do this one, have done similar in the past, but this was a good reminder.:tu
    It's a win, win........we love dove, goose and duck Kabobs done pretty much the same as you posted, if you ever get a chance try the dove Kabobs .:yes:tu
