Best KNIFE for Cleaning Ducks

    I have a little Gerber LST drop point that works great for breasting birds out.

    Looks like most of the knives have a short blade (about 3") a drop point, and sharp is good.

    An ancient Opinel folder and Plumb hatchet. Been only used on pheasants and grouse this year, though. :h
