The Cans paid a early visit this morning. About 15 minutes after shooting time they buzzed the outside diver line. They made a loop and headed for the decoys- about 35 yard shot. Six came in- and none left-no cripples. Also picked up 2 nice drake Redheads-and greater scaulp hen and a drake bufflehead. Did not see alot of ducks, but they all worked perfect. Seeing very few mallards, BUT WE SURE LIKE TO SHOOT DIVERS! fireduck-Kenny- Tomorrow?

THANKS!! WE have picked up a lot of info here!! We have put of about 80 diver decoys with great success, and sometimes only 50 with the same results. We use higdon cans and buffleheads-battleships. Would like to pick up some bigger scaulp- we like the foam filled. We will shoot the mallards, but shooting divers-pumps the blood! The scaulp are not playing to well!! fireduck--Kenny

Some days they play and some days not! I have run as many as 10 doz corks. With that rig out it was about 50% Scaup, 30% Redheads and the rest Ringers and Cans. We were targeting Greaters and Redheads.

It’s is a great feeling when they swing to the rig looking for a place to land. Enjoy
