Bird!!...Stuffed Pheasant

    First the stuffing
    Dirty Duck Rice....................
    Homemade Duck Sausage, 1 to 1 ground pork and Duck (Rocky, here's your Ringers), Sausage Seasoning to taste

    Rice
    2 cups ham stock and 1 tea bag (tea bag for color, remove before putting in rice)
    1 cup Carolina Rice
    1 small onion chopped

    Mix 'em

    Now the Bird

    Truss him up

    Rub with olive oil and dust with Garlic Powder and Seasoned Salt

    In the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees till internal is 170 degrees

    Stuffed Pheasant with Dirty Duck Rice
    Homemade Corn Bread
    180' Ice Tea
    SwampFire Hot Sauce

    there is always somebody here at camp willing to take pics
    just nobody around when it's clean up time :(

    Dang sure looks good there Bull. Man I am going to have to hire you to show me how to cook all this stuff. Mine never looks that good.
