Got some mounts back. These were taken in SK back in 2014. I didn't plan on doing a dead mount on the blue goose then when I decided to do it I was bummed I didn't bring back a snow and ross to go with it, but I brought them back last week to be added to it. :)

    I like both mounts...

We do not really get many blue geese here on the West coast, and I will likely mount a good specimen if I get one... I want to do a pose that really shows off the colors, and I will say that the dead mount you have does that well... It is a pose I had not considered before, but I really like it.

This was my exact concern with mounting that blue goose. The colors were incredible and I wanted them to be seen. Never really interested in a dead mount until I looked at many different blue goose mounts trying to decide how to show it off. Came out better then I expected. I will be adding a Mature Snow and Ross to it this year. Can't wait to see it done.
