Looking to buy some boat cushion vinyl to replace may faded out camo seats on my alumacraft, anyone have any suggestions on places to purchase some good material.

    Thanks

Not so much "where" to get it as it is "what" to get. Ton's of internet vendors. You want marine grade, with the highest UV resistance (usually measured in hours) that you can find.

I use a marine grade vinyl called Nautotex for all my marine furniture projects. When sewing panels together I always try to cover as much of the thread as possible. And never use any beading welt and always use a good grade of UV resistant thread. If thread has to be exposed I always use an eave style seam. French style seams expose too much thread and allow water to seep into foam. And if possible I wrap cushion foam in plastic garbage bag material before covering with vinyl, saves the foam.
