Bobby Flay Duck Recipe

    Single guys...if you make this for a lady for dinner, plan on her cooking you breakfast.:yes:cool:

    Here's what I did differently...

    I aged and plucked four mallards. Let them dry and come to room temp. Pat the skin dry and sprinkle with salt.
    While these are drying and warming, make the BBQ sauce and the habanero sauce in the recipe.
    I cooked the ducks whole for an hour and twenty five minutes. Meat temp was about 150* Let it cool and remove skin. I cut the breast meat off and then shredded. Same with legs and back.
    I doubled the sauce and corncake amounts and it worked perfectly.

    It takes some time but wow is it good. I mean fan dam tastic!
