I'm not above inviting myself to Oregon, you know...
Just let me know what flight your on. I have 4 different SC guys flying out this year.
That's good news - every time my buddies leave the state to hunt elsewhere SC gets covered with ducks...
I would love to hunt that bay in the picture, though.
Yeah, Jon in Dec, BigBr and his son in Nov, and 2 other buddies in Jan and early Dec.
I have a couple spots here that you would flat out love to hunt. If you ever get the itch, let me know. We can coincide with a Brant hunt. We get a 2 week season in late Nov/early Dec. that isn’t a guarantee, but if they are migrating through, it is.

Working remotely from my cabin this week. Getting in some afternoon hunts. Yesterday was a snow and a big blow...more blow than snow. This afternoon was beautiful time to hunt sharptails. Lina did her job and I did mine. Life is good.
Love the "whack em and stack em" pic.
Happy dog and sweet old gun!!
Stacked em like cord wood, maybe? Looks like fun @hobbydog.
Although I haven't hunted them in many years sharptails are my favorite upland quarry. That first pic with the trees does not fit my expectation of typical habitat. All of my experience with them is in open grasslands. Do they hang around wooded areas in your neck of the woods?
