    We need more just like this every day/ If you want to stop the frivolous lawsuits, make 'em pay.

    A guy I work with was married (not anymore) to a woman who worked for a tanning company. She sued them for some BS, and they offered her $450K to settle. She said Hell no, and ended up with $0, after going in front of the judge. She could have paid off all the bills they had, but greed got the best of her.

    The losing lawyer should have to pay 1/2 the costs.

    If the lawyer took the case on a contingent fee basis, then I think the total cost should be joint and severable liability. If she can't pay anything the law firm should be 100% liable,
