I bought a Hoyt Kobalt a few months ago and have been taking lessons with it.

Last night I took my last lesson (5 came with the purchase). I was practicing Tuesday and couldn't get my shots centered up. Pretty tight groups but not good enough and they were not centered at all. So the coach fixed the sights, I was hitting the bullseye nearly every shot. He also replaced the peep. For some reason, i was looking thru the bottom of it... now I'm dead center.

Here's a few pictures before my last lesson, now the arrows are dead center, no more up and to the left!

My arrows are the orange and white ones.

    Val,

That's awesome! Keep practicing all year and you'll keep getting better and better. Keep that left elbow just slightly bent and keep a relaxed grip and you'll do fine. I actually tuck my pinky into my hand on my grip and you can't squeeze the bow tight then. Just a lil trick you can try if you like. Great to see another bowhunter, its the most intense hunting there is.
