Was looking at the breathable waders at Rodgers, Presley's, Macks, and Final Flight. It seems Banded and Drake brands are the most popular. Which brand and model is the best?

I've been pleased with Cabela's breathables. They're below the others in price but equal to them (so far as I can gather) in quality.

The Cabela's ones are nice, but the boots are soft and the strap system leaves a lot to be desired. The Roger's ones (2014) seem to be of better quality, this is just based of the pair my friend has.

Starting my 5th year on my Cabelas. Previous pair I got 8 years out of, and I still have them as backup. (boot liner is kinda ratty now, thus the new pair)

I did have to fix a hole in the knee. Worn spot, very slow leak. I wear the knees pretty hard, bagging dekes, sorting gear, etc. Rocky where I hunt. No complaints.

Academy. Get the $50 pair of magellan stocking foots and in 2-4 years when they leak (just like the $400 pair of Simms your buddy got at the same time) chunk em and go get you another pair.

A friend and I both bought the Bean waders this Summer. We shall see. I will miss all the pockets that my MPW waders had. I also bought Cabelas Nero 1600 Supermags as a backup.
