Made a nice stew yesterday with 5 woodducks, 5 squirrels, 1 rabbit, and 6 doves as meat. Boiled down the critters for 4 hours in a seasoned broth until the meat was soft, deboned the critters and strained the water, added all the green stuff I like plus potatoes and corn, salt and other seasonings to taste and cooked about 6 more hours. DUDE thats good stuff. Ate like a pig and froze 9 more eat like a pig servings!

Bad News for you VA guys.............................
Brunswick Stew was first made on the Brunswick River, here in NC.
