Cajun Deer/sausage burgers

    Best burgers of the summer;

    1/2 lb Hy vee Italian Sausage
    2/3 lb of Deer burger
    1/2 onion ( I like vidalia but whatever you like)chopped
    Makes 5 patties
    Tablespoon Season salt
    Tablespoon or a little more Calchiera Cajon season

    Hot grill done medium or medium rare.. wow!

    Add whatever topping, bbq sauce etc.. really good. Need to fill that doe tag this year again,,,
