Ive got cattails and what appears to be willow growing in the water of my pond. Can't manipulate the water level. Where is the best place to buy aquatic roundup to start hitting them before they establish?

Look for rodeo. That is the aquatic glyphosate available around here. Can be hard to find in stores but the wholesale suppliers have it. Should be able to order through a local farm co-op or can find it online.

I got some coming from Forestry Suppliers $83 shipped. Will it kill willow starts that are just starting and roughly 12"to 18"above the water? If not what will?

I got Pond Master at Atwoods. It killed all willows down to the roots. It worked on the cattails, as well.

Finally quit raining and the winds died down. Sprayed today. Alot more willow starts than I anticipated.
