Birds are pushing into Central ND the last few days. We are still well short of peak numbers but the build up has begun.[IMG]

Lots migrating south all morning north of the border. Almost entirely adults in flocks on the ground.

Just got back for SK last night.... Many Specks and Snows moving yesterday! It was actually quite impressive just to watch!! This also made it very tough to leave.... The big weather change really had the birds on a feeding frenzy. Not much for ducks down where we were but I believe this weather may start to change that! No bang up snow shoots, 60 for 5 of us the one morning we had good wind was out best... Still a great trip north, love coming up every year!! Anybody still heading up will should have some fun hunting! Portal Canadian officer on the way up told us we were like the 2630 guys to cross there from the U.S hunting this fall!

Got a text from a friend a couple hundred miles north of the border in Sask and apparently there as still significant (huntable ) numbers of white birds in his area. Ironically, he has not seen any ducks show up yet, at least not there anyway....??

We had a HUGE migration yesterday. Birds by the millions were on the move.

Dean, was that geese, ducks or both? I wish they would hurry up and get here. Our local ducks are pretty stale at the moment

Pretty much anything with wings. Had one pond go from a few thousand snows yesterday morning at most to a couple hundred thousand this morning. Finding big mallard feeds were none existed yesterday. Had a big push of bluebills and cranes a few days ago so all in all things are hopping now.
