I set up in a winter wheat field that I saw a decent amount of geese in last week. Scouted it yesterday, it didn't have any geese using it at the time, but there were definitely still geese in the area. Saw one flock 5 min. after shooting time, but it was still almost black outside cause of such low cloud cover. Almost gave up at 9 after not seeing any geese, but some groups finally started flying and was able to gun 2 geese from a couple different flocks that I got to work. They weren't finishing real well, but that was because the layout was sticking out a little more than I'd like it to in the short wheat. I got my two and boogied out of there, going to hunt a pasture pond tomorrow for mallards and woodrows. Sorry no pictures, my camera took a dive on me and can't get it to work. Hope you guys faired well out there today, had decent weather actually.

5 guns, 30 ducks. More ducks in the area than I have seen for a long time. Killed mostly Mallards, Teal and Pintails with a wigeon thrown in. Usually see alot of woodies, but none around today. Today was one of the best days hunting I have had in years:clap
