Muddypatux, BoboJRD, SkeeterMD, Skeeter's friend Joe and his son, and myself went on a Christmas Eve goose hunt.

We hunted a hedgerow blind with the wind and rain blowing right in our face. The birds had a bit of a hard time working around the trees. We had a few slip in from the side and drop right over the dekes but most of the gunning was over head as they passed the blind.

Ended the hunt with a spectacular shot from BoboJRD to close out the day.

Got our limit of 6, plus a bonus pair of Mallards.

Yea, I forgot my camera too. Had to go back to the Park-N-Ride (Food Lion parking lot) for the photo shoot. No scenic shots here, just asphalt, white lines, and Muddypatux's gear spilling out of his tailgate.:nutz

As hard as it rained at times I was glad I didn't have my camera in the field.

Had a great time with the fellow Refugers, just wish I had some pics of the birds working and the guys shooting etc.....

Had alot of birds work the rig.

Got some shootin', got a limit, and got out early.

    A perfect holiday hunt. ;)

I have no idea what was happening that morning, we were over in rock hall hunting and the birds just decided to cooperate with us.
