I'm getting another Toller (already have one). I have fallen In love with the breed and hope to start breeding with this pup after health clearences tittles ect. I've got alot to consider before this happens though. If I can't make a good breeder out of this pup then I hope to a least have a well trained dog before I retire my current dog.

Rick McConkey from the Ledge got a started chessie from a breeder in Quebec.I was impressed with how good it is and was thinking that might be the way to go.With the amount of late saltwater hunting I do,I think a chessie is the best breed to get.

Hey Warren, what is the name of the Chessie breeder in Quebec? Both my Chessies are from Beartown Kennels.

Thanks for the response Pintail, unfortunately, with the mad cow problems, getting a dog across the border has now turned into a massive headache, or so I'm told.

    Hello

To those interested in Chessie breeders in Alberta, there's a breeder just outside Leduc, her kennel's name is Mallardsway, and she has a website.
