Choke/shot for new sxp

    wondering what kind of choke and shot the sxp is producing.

    Choke and shot people are using with this gun for best results.

    He is what I would do. Dig out a box of Remington 3" #2 steel and a box of Kent #2 steel. Screw in the factory modified and grab a couple large pieces of cardboard from a local recycling bin. Shoot a few patterns at a measured 40 yards. When you see they look pretty good. Go shoot some ducks. If you have geese do the same thing with 3" BB

    Agree with baltz, only add a box each of #1, #B, #4, #BB, and #3 in each of those brands.
    Get one box of each variety in 1 1/8oz and in 1 1/4oz loads.
    Also get a box of each shot size and brand in 2 3/4" loads, as well. That should put you at about 36 different boxes of shells.
    Oh, and shoot all those at cardboard through the IC and the Full choke, too.
    Pick out the best pattern, that's what you should go with...

    Take lots of cardboard.

    Recycling bins have a lot of cardboard. Just return it when done.
