Cooking with ceramic pots and pans...

    Hello all, does anybody cook with ceramic pots and pans? Seems to be the rage right now, and I'm considering getting a set, but wondering how they are. Any thoughts? I'm tired of the non-stick crap that always seem to end up peeling and not working anyway. I also have restaurant quality stainless steel, but that also is not what I'm looking for.
    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    My Wife and I have been married coming up on 33yrs. We had this ceramic cooking pot since we got married. Well we finally opened it up a few years back. Read the directions and started using it. Makes killer chicken and beef recipes. Just follow the directions and you will have the most moist meals. Pre soaking the pot and lid for longer than directions called for seems to work well. Enjoy.

    Thanks for the information. On the cooking shows I see them cooking chicken in them and they always seem to never stick too. I am leaning toward getting a set. thanks
