Cop murder

    That's how I feel. But I could not justify giving him a second chance.

    No I haven't noticed. Thanks. But I have noticed that many if theses police shootings come from communities that have high crime rates.

    Without individually itemizing each event a the state that where it occurred training standards for you, I do not. But working as an officer for 30 years and knowing the certification standards of the various states, I can tell you there is a high correlation between officer training and these events.

    There are a few odd ball ones mixed in where a well trained officer does dumb stuff.

    Why is it then that these murders happen in high crime areas and not average crime areas w/ crummy trained Cops?

    For Opelika, we found that the violent crime rate is one of the highest in the nation, across communities of all sizes (both large and small). Violent offenses tracked included rape, murder and non-negligent manslaughter, armed robbery, and aggravated assault, including assault with a deadly weapon.
