    3 guys in our pit have killed out the past 4 days with bonus specks thrown in. Pic is from today in central zone

    I said what I did because here at Rend Lake and points south, we are devoid of Canada's. So they have to be north of us....

    Your location is more than 100 miles north of the south central zone northern boundary

    Hunted Pikes in Marion 2,3 &4
    Saw very few Mallards and some Canada’s and Specs
    Killed a few ducks and geese
    Both Canada’s and Specs
    Survey said 29,000 ducks which I believe 20,000 Mallards
    And maybe 4500 geese
    But with the weather sunny and cold we seen little.
    The cloudy day on Wed we seen more birds.
    With the warmer weather and rain forcasted maybe birds will move around

    Shot 5 limits today by 9:30 with two bands from Manitoba. Southern Il is finally loaded with canadas just wish this warm up wasn't coming I'd like em to stick around a little bit.
