not my motor, just the tach, choke, and plastic motor cover and a cheap *** wally world q beam...good for one trip. one of my good buddies i was in the swamp with borrowed my boat for a minute to go find somebody. he comes back saying "dont worry, i'll get it fixed." I asked him what he was talking about. To remind you, this is the same guy that ran his war eagle into a tree about a month ago and it looks like a beer can on the interstate. He ended up using my motor to russian sickle a hefty tree limb, but the limb didnt go down on the mat. the motor seems to be fine, but when i get this stuff fixed i am going to have them do a once over to make sure nothing is wrong. There is a new clicking noise in mid range rpms. i think it is an exhaust issue.

sorry to hear it bubby. at least it's small stuff that's easily fixed and nobody got hurt.

i like to let my friends give my rig a whirl, but u never know when when it's gonna bite u in the butt :yes kinda a hard spot to be in.
if'n i know the'd never fix it if they crashed it, i don't let them drive it, and i hate to be that way, but at the cost of these rigs, u gotta do it.

i'm sure everything will workout and u'll be running again in notime :tu

i hope that clicking noise is just the muffler. also, got the gps out yesterday. i need a new prop badddddddddd. hope july hurries up and gets here. i put gps on it yesterday with just me and camping gear. 21 mph. i was running about 27-28. my rpms havent gone up much. would that be the prop? i was running about 3650 when i first got it. then after taking off the air breather got up to about 3750. now running about 3850 at best speed.

bubby - you'll learn one day - he's torn up more boats and motors in less time than anybody I know!
At least you didn't have a radiator on it!
