King- Oak Ridge isn't all that far from where I live now and Tom Dokkens first class (IMO). I've never had a dog up there, but have attended his seminars and have visited with him and he's a stand up guy. He's got a first rate operation up there so I wouldn't be hesitant at all to bring a dog up to him. He's kind of the "elder" (if I can use that word) for a lot of other dog trainers in MN. A lot of those guys got their starts under Tom. Personally I don't think you can go wrong. Haven't heard any one voice a concern about him yet.

    Good luck w/ Oliver!

    Musk,

I know the guy that runs that dog very well. Mav was the "High Point" dog last year. The sire of Mav: FC AFC Brickclose Matchwood(2 time High Point dog) is also the sire of my dog(the one in the picture). Matchwood, they called him "Badger"...... was an incredible dog!

I guess our dogs are related......small world. Is that a shock collar on your pup?

    King,

I'm glad you are excited about you Llewellin and taking the time to love and train the dog right. Good luck with your new upland partner, a season you'll never forget.
