Not only pushed but non-compliance to the liberal and socialist agenda enforced by teachers that modified grades to hurt the students GPA.

I have seen it in the schools I subbed in. It turned my stomach then and still does when I remember it.

I have had two teenage sons one already in college. My sons HS will be getting a strongly worded letter with examples of cramming biased liberal mentality down my kids throats. The school board will also get said letter. Unfortunately, it has to wait till my last son is out of school. The apple cart is rotten from the top down. I would not want my son's grades to suffer because of my complaints.

Do any of you guys have examples of the liberal bias in schools.
My kids are and have been out for years... not sure how the criteria has changed over the years.

My Nephew was getting hassled by his English teacher for his choice of topics on assignments. My Nephew was a dumbarse, but still the teacher was way over the line. He gave my nephew multiple F's on assignments because my Nephew chose topics that were pro NRA, pro gun rights and pro hunting. I told him to write a paper on the new urban hunter trend coming out of Seattle where the hipsters are taking to the woods to be more one with nature, shoot free range free roam animals, and to be more actively involved with their food. Actually a pretty cool deal and all being led by the hipsters. My wife who was an English major proof read it, corrected grammatical errors etc. When he turned it in, the teacher kicked him out of his class. Sometimes the only way to beat a hipster is to out hipster them.

My daughters school is right in Logger/Military/Hunting central, so her teachers are all pretty good...or at least quiet about their feelings, which I am ok with.

Anytime you have school that allows its students to pick which restroom to use based on what gender they "feel" like you know you've lost the battle. It just gets worse from there.

Eel- I actually agreed w/ a point you made weeks a go, but you totally miss the thrust of Tuck31's post. The overriding issue that threatens our republic is not the intellectual ability of our students, but their inability to think critically rather than 'group think'. Our youth has been and is being inculcated by so-called academics that hate everything this country has stood for since its founding. Not having any historical perspective ( b/c it's not taught at any level) allows them to formulate opinions and take positions based on their feelings rather than historical fact that reveals the evolution of our country and, therefore, the society in which they live and prosper. They are repeating the foibles of the 'intellectual elite' of the 1930's who thought and argued that that communism was the answer to man's societal problems. However, 100 years after the birth of Marx and Lenin communism, and 100 million deaths later, our youth are taught to embrace government control as the answer-and many buy into this totalitarian concept. We are truly at an inflection point in our republic's history. How do I handle this dilemma? I go duck hunting .

You can start with this "distinguised professor".

Don't forget that female ANTIFA leader is a public school teacher.

I can give you an example that is too commonplace today. My youngest daughter was tasked to write an essay by her high school English teacher a few years back-the subject was kind of political, nevertheless I thought my daughter would be graded on sentence construction, grammar and the like. She got her paper back and in big red letters the only comment was 'It's easy for you to take this position, because you have rich, white parents." Apparently, my daughter argued the wrong side of the issue in the teacher's eyes which was more important to the teacher than the grammatical substance of her paper. I told my daughter to tell the teacher her comment was half right. An English teacher or any other teacher, for that matter, has no business revealing their political philosophies to a student for any reason. However, that is not the world we live in today.

Ya know... way back in the early 1970s as a Vietnam veteran going to college, I remember getting called “insensitive” by a Poli Sci prof for expressing a non-liberal point of view.
