recently moved to northwest Arkansas and was curious about the duck hunting here? From northeast Arkansas, where duck hunting is considered a way of life lol. Been traveling back home to hunt a lot this season and would like to get some info about what it’s like here in NW AR

I remember the days of limiting out on Lake Elmdale in the early 90s on mornings where all small ponds would freeze. I don't think you can even hunt it now cause it's in the middle of town now.

There are places in Oklahoma that offer some decent, sometimes outstanding hunting but it's not exactly in one's back yard and I'm certainly not giving out locations cause I wouldn't do that the folks that have showed me these places.
