Duck Lettuce Wraps

    I'm always trying something new. Found another Recipe I liked

    Duck Lettuce Wraps

    Enough lettuce for your meal
    1 1/2 Cups of Skinless Duck or goose Breast Chopped
    2 tble spoons Peanut oil
    1 tsp seasame oil
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 bell pepper Chopped
    1 tble spoon Ginger root, peeled and minced
    3 garlic cloves minced
    3 tble spoons soy sauce
    2 tble spoons rice vinegar
    1 1/2 cups cooked rice
    1 8 ounce can of water chestnuts chopped

    1 jar hoisin sauce
    Asian chili Sauce (Sriracha)

    over medium high heat, heat the oils and stir fry the onions, peppers, garlic and ginger about 2 min. Add the duck and stir fry another 2 min more. Add Soy sauce, rice vinegar, cooked rice and water chestnuts. Stir fry another couple min then serve on lettuce with sauces.
