Duck or Goose

    I think curry smells like a bad taxi ride but, this one is really good.

    Cube up 4-6 duck breasts in 1/2" pieces
    Coat duck with flour, salt and pepper mixture in ziplock bag and shake
    One large onion chopped
    one green bell pepper chopped
    4 cloves garlic minced or a spoonful or two or pre-minced
    1-2 teaspoons of yellow currry(or more if you like it)

    slightly undercook onions and peppers in a skillet with a bit of oil and butter uncovered on med heat.

    Turn heat on high, when skillet is really hot and veggies just start to brown, throw in coated duck pieces, spinkle on curry and cover for two or three minutes depending on how you like your duck cooked.

    Remove lid, turn off heat and add garlic and stir lightly until it stops sizzling.

    Serve over rice. Made this for my nieces and they loved it. I've also experimented with adding jalapeno's to heat it up a bit.
