Saw about 20,000 heading north this morning. Shot 1 last night while setting up, should have just left because they flew to other end of field this morning. Can't go out tonight, hopefully can get them tomorrow morning

You guys know where the most birds are being killed right now? Arkansas.
There was a 568 bird shoot (one field) on the AR/LA border yesterday, 11 guns. Y'all need to relax and let these adults go get to humpin:yes

Killed 3 in NW Missouri the old fashioned way. Decoys and a call. Added a couple honkers as well. Lots and lots of birds but even with ecaller likely would have been tough with all the adults......although it could not have hurt. Water mostly open when we left yesterday. Only will get better as the month progresses!!!

    Good luck

Had about 10,000 in the field next to us this morning. No wind for first two hours so they flew over. The pic doesn't show all of them on the other side. Very cool to be out. Only scratched out 7. They didn't want to cross the drainage ditch. Screenshot_2017-02-05-16-02-29.png

Finally got down here about 3pm. Picked up boy and went scouting. Nothing first then boom. Sky was full line after line. Early morning setting up looks like. Seen 3 spreads is all. A lot of high flyers headed north northwest. Some headed back south. Seen mixed flocks adults and juvies.
