I'm always looking for a different taste for the old bacon wrapped grilled duck appetizer. As usual soak ducks with or without bacon in teriyaki sauce for couple hours, wrap with bacon (1/2 or 1/3 piece is plenty), secure with toothpick, grill till bacon is cooked. A couple minutes before done coat with the following: equal parts of KC BBQ sauce, spicy honey mustard, and teriyaki sauce (left over from soaking ducks if fine), all mixed together and brushed on the duck. Everybody I have served this too (even the women) have really like them!:tu
