Troy with Traditions Guide Service in Maine did great for us this year. Ocean State Outfitters is also top notch.

Thanks to Adam Smith I was able to have a nice ride on a Coast Guard cutter, lifted on the deck by a harness...fun times! That was back in 1999, and if you search this site from years ago there are some fun stories about my time on his boat. Even made the evening news there in Mass courtesy of old Adam...

I'd recommend Capt Ruben Perez...20 plus years of results and an earned reputation...

I hunted with Todd Jackson at Penobscot Bay Outfitters a couple of times. We shot limits each day and had some awesome fresh seafood at his lodge after hunting. We actually purchased lobsters from a waterman on our way in from hunting. We pulled the boat alongside the lobster boat and picked our lobsters as they were pulled from the trap. Dont get much more fresh than that.

IMG_0204.JPG I had the misfortune of an Adam Smith excursion. I don't recommend others experience it.

What kind of rig is that? Reminds me of a trash barge.
